Who we are
In 2021 we established the SpaceEka Residency, an artists’ residency in Maharagama, Colombo. As a group of artists coming from various artistic backgrounds, ethnicities, and genders we understood the importance of an artist having a safe and respected space to live, share knowledge, and most importantly to create art while surviving all the challenging situations that come our way.

He is a director, playwright, actor, researcher, engaged in various fields of theater and film. Further focuses on understanding and practicing creative scriptwriting as a way to explore life and the art of storytelling
Veenadari Lakshika
Arts Manager
She is an Ensemble-Based Physical Theater Artist, Actor-Creator, Educator, Dancer, Choreographer, Mask player, Mask Maker and a Clown who has been working in theatre and film since 2009 and created original work.
